Key responsibilities
- Assisting customers with prescriptions, over-the-counter queries and general enquiries
- Dispensing medication accurately under the supervision of the pharmacist
- Receiving, checking and organising stock and deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented pharmacy environment
- Handling confidential patient information with care and discretion
- Supporting the wider pharmacy team with daily tasks
- A friendly, approachable manner and excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
