They are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Drama Teacher to join their dedicated faculty in a full-time, permanent position commencing immediately or in January.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the school's dynamic Drama department, inspiring the next generation of students. The role entails fostering a love for developing students, equipping them with essential skills for the modern world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school's educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Drama department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
• Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of Drama.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Drama, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Drama at the secondary level.
