Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Motherwell to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be working in an inclusive, friendly team where teamwork and encouragement sit at the very heart of the business.
Duties:
- Setting up and maintaining records on customers
- Assist in the delivery of excellent repairs service
- Engage with contractors and customers including tenant and homeowners
- Problem solve complex repair cases
- Invest and respond to customer complaints
- Entering and maintaining orders
- Handling all customer queries
- General admin duties
Interviews will be held ASAP.
