Master Technician – High-Level Diagnostic & Technical Specialist
£43,946 basic + uncapped bonus
40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 8:00–5:30pm (30 mins lunch)

- Completing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards.
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced Technicians, guiding them through complex faults and helping them improve efficiency.
- Upholding exceptional quality, safety and process standards at all times. What we’re looking for - A fully qualified Master Technician (Level 3 IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Strong experience across both diagnostic and servicing work, with solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Someone who thrives in a team environment, follows process and takes pride in delivering work right first time.
- A natural mentor who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting the development of others.
- We will also consider a Senior Diagnostic Technician working towards Master level (this would include 1 in 2 Saturday AMs). What you’ll receive in return - Industry-leading pay with uncapped bonus potential.
