The Role
To be responsible for the overall co-ordination and implementation of robust administration procedures in relation to the college’s externally funded projects.
To be responsible for the co-ordination and operation of key duties relating to the collation and collection of accurate information as required by the relevant funding body.
To provide detailed statistical information in a timely manner to the EFU Project Lead and relevant Project Manager to monitor the project progress in line with the appropriate funding stream requirements.

- £29,522 - £32,084 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- To co-ordinate the collection and ensure the accuracy of all financial records to facilitate the grant claims of relevant externally funded projects in the College in compliance with College and External Funding Audit Procedures.
- Responsible for the maintenance of statistical information of all financial transactions incurred on externally funded projects in the College including the aggregation and collation of the work of the project administrators.
- Responsible for the maintenance of statistical information of all outcome records to support the delivery of externally funded projects in the College in accordance with College and External Funding Audit Procedures.
About You
- NVQ at Advanced/Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Level 2 (GCSE Grade A-C) or equivalent Maths and English qualification.
- Experience of audit requirements of European & other externally funds.
