Zero2Five are proud to be working with a high-quality, independent day nursery in Hither Green, seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. Requirements for this role:

* Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an early years setting
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
* A genuine passion for child development and high-quality care
* Confident, organised, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Leading and supporting daily routines, activities, and learning experiences
* Planning engaging, development-focused activities
* Acting as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
* Carrying out observations, assessments, and planning
* Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Working closely with management to uphold high standards
* Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of the nursery
* Ensuring the safeguarding, health, and wellbeing of all children
