• Position: Customer & Sales Support Executive 
• Salary: £29, 000 – £30,000 per year plus very good company benefits.  Employee Ownership Scheme (profit share after 1 year), 24 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays, Pension scheme, Sick pay & income protection, Death in service benefit
• Location: Edenbridge, Kent 
• Hours: Monday to Friday 0830– 1730 office based. Opportunity to work from home one day per week after successful completion of probationary period
• Parking available for staff on site and a short walk from the station area.

The role – Customer Service & Sales Support Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client who work closely with their customers to help solve their packaging and supply chain needs

Due to continued growth, my client is seeking to recruit an additional Customer Service & Sales Support Executive to join their team in Edenbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, coordinating projects, and working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

As the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, you’ll ensure projects and orders run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Act as the primary internal contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle
• Process, acknowledge and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Co-ordinate pricing requests
• Liaise with Production Planning to confirm manufacturing schedules and delivery dates
• Communicate critical path timelines and updates to customers
• Manage both new product launches and repeat orders from start to finish
• Provide administrative support to External Sales and Account Managers
• Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues and communicate outcomes
• Co-ordinate artwork approvals with customers
• Produce and distribute stock reports and order updates
• Build strong customer relationships through phone, email and Microsoft Teams communication

Skills, experience and competencies required:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales Support, Account Co-ordination or Customer Account Management role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Comfortable working to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
