- Provide specialist legal advice, guidance and expertise on commercial contractual matters particularly to the defence sector
- This could include sales contracts, IP licensing agreements, procurement agreements, collaboration agreements, consulting agreements, master service agreements, mutual indemnity agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements etc
- Analyse contractual terms and conditions
- Provide advise and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with external counsel as required
