- Be part of the offshore project site management team, supporting WTG installation, commissioning, and handover to service
- Ensure full compliance with Vestas' safety and quality standards in all activities
- Collaborate closely with project teams and client representatives across all quality tasks
- Plan and carry out component inspections, including incoming deliveries such as nacelles, towers, and blades
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities, ensuring accurate data handling and processing
- Review, approve, and maintain inspection reports while coordinating quality improvements across the value chain
- Promote a strong quality and safety culture on site, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently and meets customer requirements
- Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is an advantage
- Experience interpreting electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic diagrams is beneficial
- Previous experience with Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), SAP and/or Procore systems is desirable
- Prior offshore experience
- Experience in inspection processes and reporting is advantageous
- Fluence in English
- Solid communication skills and ability to build customer relationships
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions is an advantage
