Working pattern: 4 or 5 Day Working Week (Condensed Working Hours)

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Limavady / Magherafelt Agency. 

About the role: 
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support the efficient operation of the agency by delivering a high standard of service to NFU Mutual customers. You will handle a range of customer enquiries, provide information and guidance on insurance products and services, and process policy amendments following changes in customers' circumstances.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customers receive an efficient, professional, and positive service experience.

About you:  
•    Previous experience of working in a customer service role is essential.
•    The ability to thrive in a busy working environment while working as part of a team.
•     A willingness to learn and plenty of enthusiasm.
•    A confident telephone manner and IT skills.
•    Familiar and competent with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and MS Dynamics experience would be desirable).
•    Valid Uk Driving Licence. Whilst the role is based in Limavady; there may be occasions, for example training, when you will be required to travel to Magherafelt.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 Standard Grades or Intermediates (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above.
