We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy warehouse team in Eye, Suffolk.
The role will include:
* Supervising the daily warehouse operation and supporting the Warehouse Manager.
* Leading and supporting a team of forklift drivers.
* Operating a forklift safely and efficiently.
* Allocating daily tasks and monitoring team performance.
* Ensuring goods are received, picked and dispatched safely and on time.
* Maintaining stock accuracy and completing inventory checks.
* Labelling, sorting, packing and unpacking goods.
* Completing daily forklift checks and basic maintenance.
* Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
* Supporting general warehouse duties as required. The ideal candidate will have: * Previous warehouse experience.
* Previous forklift operating experience and a valid forklift licence.
* Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role is desirable.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* A good understanding of health and safety procedures.
* Basic computer and warehouse system experience. Benefits: * Monday to Friday 07:15-16:00
* £14.50 per hour.
