Role: Project Manager

Working Mode -Hybrid

Location: NL (Rotterdam)

We are seeking an experienced and results oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic eCommerce and digital commerce initiatives across web mobile marketplace loyalty and customer engagement platforms The ideal candidate will possess strong project delivery expertise stakeholder management skills and deep understanding of eCommerce ecosystems including product catalogue management order management customer experience payment systems and third-party integrations

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end program governance cross functional team coordination risk management and successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects aligned with business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of eCommerce projects from initiation through deployment and hypercare

Create and maintain project plans schedules budgets resource allocations and governance frameworks

Define project scope objectives milestones dependencies and success criteria

Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with business goals

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business stakeholder's product owners' architects engineering teams UX designers QA teams and vendors

Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular project status updates

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization

Agile Program Management

Drive Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement reviews and retrospectives

Monitor sprint velocity delivery metrics and team productivity

Support Product Owners in prioritization and release planning

Identify project risks dependencies and bottlenecks

Develop mitigation and contingency plans

Manage cross functional and Cross team dependencies to ensure smooth project execution

Vendor Partner Management

Coordinate with external technology partners implementation vendors and system integrators

Track vendor deliverables and contractual commitments

Ensure quality compliance and adherence to agreed timelines

Financial Governance Management

Manage project budgets forecasts utilization and financial tracking

Prepare governance reports dashboards RAID logs and executive summaries

Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices

Release Deployment Management

Coordinate release planning UAT activities production deployment and go live readiness

Support cutover planning and post olive stabilization

Ensure successful business adoption and transition to support teams

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering business or related field

10 years of IT project management experience with at least 5 years managing eCommerce initiatives

Proven experience delivering largescale B2B or B2C eCommerce programs

Strong understanding of Agile Scrum Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies

Experience managing geographically distributed teams and multiple vendors

Expertise in project governance budgeting estimation resource planning and reporting

Excellent leadership negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical Domain Experience:

Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and customer journeys

Catalogue pricing promotions cart checkout and order fulfilment workflows

Loyalty and customer engagement programs

API driven and headless commerce architectures

Cloud platforms Azure

Microservices architectures

CICD and DevOps practices

Data analytics and reporting platforms

Experience with one or more platforms is preferred
