- Supervising daily operations across the trade counter, warehouse, and transport functions
- Providing excellent customer service and acting as a key point of contact for trade customers
- Supporting the efficient running of stock control, goods in/out, and order fulfilment
- Leading by example on the shop floor and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Managing and supporting team members within a small, growing team
- Ensuring health & safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Coordinating deliveries and supporting transport planning where required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (warehouse, merchandising, retail, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in a customer-facing position
- Experience within merchandising or a similar operational environment
- Proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Plumbing knowledge or experience (desirable but not essential)
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (highly desirable)
- Forklift licence (desirable – training can be provided)
- Health & Safety awareness (training provided if required)
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
