FRENCH SELECTION (FS) Spanish speaking Customer Service Associate
Location: Newport – hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days at home)

Provide high level customer service and administrative support. The role:
- Answer all customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely manner
- Order processing and arranging deliveries
- Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting
- Process invoices and take payment details
- Support the team with any administration duties as necessary The candidate:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous customer service or admin experience - Desired
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
