Fitness Specialist (3 Posts) (Part Time) - REQ06384 - 480458

NLC6 £31,361 - £33,343 (Pro Rata) (Plus additional payments for non-core hours)
20 hours per week
Based within one of our venues, within the North Lanarkshire geographical area, you will be responsible for the safety and conduct of customers in the gym, carry out induction training for new users and will complete and promote personal training options to members.
A Personal Trainer Level 3 certificate from a recognised REPS accredited governing body and experience of working in a gym environment as well as previous personal training experience are essential. A First Aid certificate is desirable. A pleasant manner, good physical fitness and excellent communication skills are of prime importance.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.
Post 1: Time Capsule, 20 hours per week
Post 2: Airdrie Leisure Centre, 20 hours per week
Post 3: Tryst Sorts Centre, 20 hours per week

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
