Our client, a prominent and growing fiduciary services provider, is seeking an experienced professional to lead their administration team as a Trust Manager.
This is a pivotal role designed for a structured leader who can balance technical oversight with team development. You will manage a dedicated team of administrators, ensuring a high standard of client service while driving operational efficiency. The OpportunityIn this role, you will manage client relationships to ensure long-term retention and development. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients and advisors, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing networks.
Internally, your focus will be on guiding, training, and managing the workloads of your team. You will oversee day-to-day trust and company administration, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and act as an 'A' signatory. Key Responsibilities
• Team Management: Oversee workloads, manage performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and deliver technical support and training to administrators.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop client and advisor relationships while onboarding new business.
• Administration & Compliance: Oversee entity database records, review administration reports, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Risk & Financial Oversight: Assist with risk assessments, verify client due diligence, and monitor chargeability and profitability within the team. Experience & Qualifications
• Professional Qualifications: STEP qualified or hold at least 5 years of relevant experience in fiduciary administration.
• Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role or formal management training.
• Skills: Strong computer literacy, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
