COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - PERMANENT - UP TO £50k - LONDON - HYBRID

Things to know:
- Job Title : Communications Manager
- Salary : £39k - £50k, depending on experience
- Location : London
- Working hours : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Working pattern : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days working from home)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to build and deliver a clear, engaging communication programme.
- Support transformation initiatives with consistent, impactful messaging.
- Create compelling content, from newsletters and presentations to digital platforms and site communications.
- Ensure clear, timely communication across all levels of the business.
- Champion the brand and maintain high standards that align with brand guidelines.
- Lead campaigns, coordinate and deliver engaging internal campaigns and social value initiatives.
- Promote achievements, initiatives, and great stories across the contract.
- Support projects by communicating progress, goals, and outcomes effectively.
- Build relationships and develop a strong internal network to source content and drive engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in communications, PR, or marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation and project management abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
- A proactive approach with a passion for storytelling and engagement.
