Join Our Team as a Ward Clerk / Receptionist - Ulster Hospital
We are looking for an organised and approachable individual to support our NHS team in a vital Ward Clerk / Receptionist role. You will help ensure the smooth running of the ward while providing a welcoming and professional service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Location: Ulster Hospital
Pay: £12.51 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff professionally
- Manage calls, messages, and general enquiries
- Maintain records, filing systems, and process mail
- Support appointment scheduling and meeting arrangements
- Handle confidential information with care
- Provide general administrative support
