This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer looking to join a firm with a strong local reputation, quality work, and a genuine focus on client care. The Role You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Remortgages New build transactions Shared ownership matters Registered and unregistered title work The successful candidate will enjoy significant client contact and work closely with local estate agents, mortgage brokers and other property professionals. About You Applications are welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate: Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process Excellent client care and communication skills Good organisational and time management abilities A proactive and commercially minded approach What's on Offer?
