Data and Assessment Team:
The school’s data systems are central to its success, supporting accurate tracking, reporting and intervention across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The data team works closely with senior leaders, Heads of Department and pastoral teams to ensure that assessment information is clear, reliable and used effectively to raise standards. The school uses well-established systems for progress reporting, internal assessments, and performance analysis.

Requirements
• Experience working with school data systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and confidence handling large data sets
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience producing reports for staff, leadership and governors
• Confidence using Excel and other data tools to analyse and present information
• Ability to communicate clearly and support staff in understanding data
