* This is a Junior Account Handler role based in South West London, supporting the servicing of commercial insurance clients across a varied portfolio.
* You will be working alongside experienced Account Handlers and Account Executives, helping with renewals, policy changes, documentation and general client support while building your confidence and knowledge as you go.

* Assisting with mid-term adjustments, client queries and documentation
* Liaising with insurers to obtain information, terms and updates
* Preparing reports, renewal packs and general correspondence
* Keeping client records accurate and up to date
* Working closely with senior colleagues to ensure service standards are maintained
