Share Plans Tax Senior Manager
Manchester City Centre + Hybrid working
£70,000 - £90,000 + Benefits + Bonus
- Design and implement compliant employee incentive schemes, including EMI, CSOPs, EBTs, and EOTs, and provide ongoing advisory support on their structure and management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop tax efficient solutions aligned with clients' strategic goals, underpinned by detailed analysis and due diligence.
- Engage senior stakeholders to present recommendations, gain buy in, and ensure the successful delivery of incentive proposals.
- Monitor legislative and market developments while mentoring junior team members and contributing to their continuous professional development.
What you'll need to be successful:
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT qualified (or significant experience)
- Experience designing & implementing employee incentive plans
- Experience working in a professional services firm / environment
- Open to tax professionals wanting to focus on employee incentives
