KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Catering Leader for our client based in the Crewe area.
As a Catering Leader your working hours and days will be:
- 5 out of 7 days per week
- 37.5 hour per week
The rate of pay as a Catering Leader is:
- £33,000- £35,000 per annum
The duties and responsibilities as a Catering Leader are:
- Over see day-to-day running of the catering service, including food preparation, menu planning
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene, health and safety and customer service
- Make sure stock control is being performed
- Ensuring budgets are met
- Supervising catering staff and volunteers
The ideal candidate for a Catering Leader would require:
- Previous experience supervising caterers and volunteers
- Previous experience in a catering environment
- Good time keeping skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good eye for detail
