We are looking for a passionate individual with Civil 3D/Revit experience to contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical drawings and models across a range of infrastructure projects. You will be based in our fantastic Glasgow office, whilst also taking advantage of our flexible hybrid working model.

Job Description
Here’s what you’ll do:
Digital Delivery: Responsible for developing design outputs from initial concepts through to fully detailed design deliverables
Utilise Digital Tools: Encourage the use of digital tools to review, influence, and enhance design quality processes
Champion BIM: Promote, articulate, and lead BIM behaviours on the projects
Coordinate project Deliverables: Support coordination of deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring completion within budget. Provide support and management of project resources to facilitate production of deliverables
Team Relationship: Be proactive in relationships with internal project stakeholders, reporting progress of highlighting any technical issues for timely resolution
Maintain Standards: Support the CAD Lead in maintaining CAD standards, best practices, and processes for modelling, content creation, and advanced digital developments
Design Team Meetings: Actively participate and input to design team meetings, bringing with you a digital by default mindset, championing the use of 3D model reviews and markups
Mentor Junior Technicians: Work across the Scotland offices supporting junior Revit Technicians, from a technical perspective

Qualifications

Here’s what we’re looking for:
Certified minimum of HND or Equivalent in an engineering discipline Civil/Structural Engineering
Project Information Delivery: Experience in delivering project information in accordance with BIM standards
Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Civil 3d or Revit, with experience in validating and coordinating models in Navisworks or similar software. (minimum 5 years of experience)
Common Data Environment Experience: Experience working in a Common Data Environment such as ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar
