A well-regarded secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to lead the management and maintenance of the school site as soon as possible. The successful Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the premises, managing site staff and ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations.

The Role
The school is looking for a reliable and organised Site Manager who can take responsibility for the overall management of the school premises.
Key responsibilities of the Site Manager include:
Overseeing the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the school site
Managing and supervising site staff, including caretakers and cleaning teams
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, including fire safety and risk assessments
Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance works
Managing contractors and monitoring works on site
Overseeing site budgets, procurement, and resource management
Supporting lettings, events, and out-of-hours site usage
