Bridgwater - Residential Sales Negotiator

The role
We are seeking a Residential Sales Negotiator to join our highly successful and award-winning Bridgwater office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in a similar role (experience preferred but not essential) who wants to build a career with a dynamic and respected estate agency.

The successful candidate must have:

• A proven track record in residential sales as well as sales progression experience
• An outgoing and confident personality
• A driven and pro-active approach to work
• Highly organised and efficient approach
• Professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to use own initiative
• Excellent MS Office skills
• A full UK driver’s license and access to own your own vehicle 

The hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and one in two Saturdays 8.45am – 1pm. Salary is highly competitive.
