As a Care & Support Worker , you’ll support people in their own homes across the Christchurch community, helping them remain independent, confident and able to live life on their own terms.

Driving is essential for this role, and you'll need the ability and willingness to travel between care visits.

Flexible shift options to suit you
We have a range of shift patterns available:
- Morning & evening shifts – full or part-time
- Morning-only shifts – full or part-time
- Evening-only shifts – full or part-time
- Weekend-only positions – mornings and/or evenings
Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
