The Personal Injury Paralegal role:

• Supporting solicitors with complex personal injury and clinical negligence matters
\n
• Assisting with case preparation and document management
\n
• Conducting legal research and reviewing evidence
\n
• Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
\n
• Liaising with clients, medical professionals, counsel and third parties
\n
• Assisting with litigation and case progression
\n
• Maintaining accurate case files and monitoring deadlines
\n
• Providing high-quality client care throughout the life of each matter
\n

The successful Personal Injury Paralegal:

• Previous paralegal or legal experience preferred
\n
• Interest in personal injury and/or clinical negligence
\n
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
\n
• Proactive, compassionate and committed approach
\n
• Keen to develop a long-term career within specialist litigation
