What you will do:

- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for patients recovering from stroke.
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary Stroke Team to develop and implement innovative treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide specialist advice and support to patients and their families to facilitate effective rehabilitation.
- Engage in acute hospital services, applying your expertise to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to the development of best practices and service improvements.

Requirements:

- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential.
- Proven experience in rehabilitation and stroke care is a must.
- Acute hospital service experience is mandatory.
- A valid driving license is required as part of this role.
