Cover supervisor

Teaching Tomorrow is looking for skilled Cover Supervisors with experience working in secondary schools to provide high-quality classroom cover across Northamptonshire .

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a classroom, managing behaviour, and supporting students’ learning across a variety of subjects.

Your Role:

• Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences.
• Ensure students remain engaged and complete assigned work.
• Maintain a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Report back to teaching staff on progress and behaviour.

We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Cover Supervisor or secondary teaching background.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to different learning environments.
• A valid DBS (or willingness to apply).
