The Opportunity

As Rural Partner, you will take responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of private estates, providing high-quality strategic and professional advice while driving business growth.

This is a senior, client-facing position combining estate management, leadership, business development and strategic consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of private rural estates
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Deliver strategic estate management and professional advice
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the wider rural business strategy
• Monitor market trends and ensure clients receive commercially focused, forward-thinking advice
• Work collaboratively with other professional teams to provide integrated solutions
• Lead, mentor and develop junior and senior team members
• Build your professional profile and reputation within the rural property market

About You

• RICS qualified rural professional with substantial post-qualification experience
• Proven experience managing rural estates for private clients
• Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
• Commercially astute with a proven ability to identify and develop new business
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking approach
• Collaborative, confident and able to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Passionate about the rural sector and committed to delivering exceptional client service
• Ambitious and motivated to progress into a senior leadership position
