Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Qualified Only Full Time, Term Time Only | 8:30am - 3:30pm | Primary School with High SEND Need Start making a real difference in children's lives! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy school environment, has experience supporting children with high SEND needs, and is confident in managing strong behaviour support. Please note: Only applicants with an HLTA qualification will be considered. About the Role As an HLTA, you will: Lead and deliver engaging lessons and interventions.
Support pupils with a range of additional needs.
Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
Work closely with teachers to ensure all children can thrive academically and socially.
Be a role model for children, supporting their behaviour, wellbeing, and development.
We Are Looking For Someone Who: ✔ Holds a valid HLTA qualification (essential)
✔ Has experience in a primary school setting, ideally with high SEND provision
✔ Is skilled in managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive outcomes
✔ Is passionate about working with children and supporting their growth
