Restaurant Manager - Brand New Opening Gourmet Chicken Burger Restaurant

Be the face of Bristol’s hottest new opening.

Responsibilities
- Lead from the front: set service standards and create unforgettable guest moments.
- Build & coach a high-performing FOH team (and work closely with BOH and the owners).
- Run the floor & the numbers: rota, stock, suppliers, budgets and KPIs.
- Grow sales through sharp execution, smart planning and local marketing.
- Hire, train, develop — you’ll create a place people love to work.
Requirements
- Current Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager from a busy, quality-led brand.
- Hands-on leader with exceptional people skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Commercially sharp: confident with budgets, costs and targets.
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak trading.
