Self Employed Residential Building Surveyor

A number of independent Chartered Surveying practices are seeking experienced RICS Residential Building Surveyors to undertake high-quality Level 2 and Level 3 survey instructions in Leeds and the surrounding area.

This is a flexible self-employed consultancy opportunity, allowing you to maintain control of your diary while benefiting from a consistent flow of work.

Surveyors can expect approximately 1-4 instructions per week, with the workload varying depending on availability and demand.

Requirements:

• RICS-qualified Residential Building Surveyor
• Experience producing Level 2 and Level 3 survey reports
• Ability to manage inspections and reporting independently
• Ability to work on a self-employed consultancy basis
• Professional indemnity arrangements as required for self-employed consultancy work
