Social Work Adult Services in Falkirk is seeking to recruit a social care officer to the West Locality assessment and care planning team.

You will contribute to our vision of enabling adults to live full and positive lives within supportive and inclusive communities working with Social Work colleagues. You will undertake outcomes focussed assessments and reviews in collaboration with service users and carers including risk assessment. You will participate in duty systems and rotas relevant to your team and the service. Along with colleagues, you will be expected to contribute to the development of innovative ways of working which will enable Falkirk citizens to have access to information, support and services within their communities.

You must have the ability to be mobile across the Falkirk Council area.

HNC /SVQ3 in social care is essential.

You will work 18.5 hours per week.
