Quantum Care is a not-for-profit organisation delivering high-quality care services to over 2,000 older adults across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex. Care Team Manager
Hours: Various Hours available
Shift times: 7am to 2.30pm and 2pm to 9.30pm | Weekdays and Alternate Weekends
Step into a role where your leadership truly shapes the everyday experience of those in your care. As our Care Team Manager, you'll be at the heart of a warm, supportive home-guiding a dedicated team, championing high standards, and ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and empowered.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the home with confidence, ensuring all services meet company policies and National Care Standards Commission requirements.
* Taking an active role in care and housekeeping duties, always promoting dignity, privacy, and independence.
* Overseeing domestic operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
* Upholding our Equal Opportunities policy in every aspect of your work.
* Inspiring and motivating your care team by setting a positive, professional example.
* Enhancing residents' quality of life while keeping the home running smoothly day to day.
What You'll Bring
* Level 3 Diploma in Care
* Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
* A passion for delivering exceptional care and leading others to do the same.
