Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Inspire and engage Sales Consultants, drive daily objectives, and maintain a vibrant store atmosphere.
* Operations: Oversee cash handling, till operations, stock replenishment, and store standards.
* Customer Experience: Share Lacoste's brand story, provide personalized service, and handle customer queries with confidence.
* Sales Growth: Apply Lacoste's selling techniques and monitor KPIs to achieve targets. Reward and Benefits: * Competitive Commissions Scheme
