The successful candidate will be committed to delivering engaging and inclusive PE lessons that encourage students of all abilities to develop confidence, resilience and a lifelong enjoyment of physical activity.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Physical Education lessons across Key Stages.
* Inspire students to achieve their full potential through a varied and inclusive curriculum.
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes participation and achievement.
* Assess, monitor and report on student progress, providing effective feedback to support learning.
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour, attendance and academic progress.
* Contribute to extracurricular sports clubs, fixtures and wider school life where appropriate.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and continually improve teaching and learning.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A degree in Physical Education or a related subject.
* A genuine passion for Physical Education and inspiring young people.
* Strong classroom management skills and high expectations for student achievement.
* The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and support learners of all abilities.
* Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and improving outcomes for students.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative school team.
