This role offers broad exposure to client onboarding, due diligence, operations and customer servicing activities.
What You’ll Do
- Support client onboarding, customer due diligence and ongoing review processes.
- Conduct AML, KYC and risk assessment activities in line with regulatory requirements.
- Process client instructions, transactions and day-to-day servicing requests.
- Maintain and review client records, documentation and compliance information.
- Liaise with clients, intermediaries and internal teams to resolve queries and deliver excellent service.
- Assist with payment processing, reconciliations and operational administration.
- Maintain accurate records, audit trails and case management systems.
- Identify and escalate risk, compliance or documentation concerns where appropriate.
- Contribute to process enhancements, operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the delivery of a positive and efficient client experience.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience within financial services, operations, administration or client services.
- Understanding of AML, KYC, customer due diligence and regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting client onboarding, customer servicing or operational processes would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
