This busy secondary school requires a highly reliable and proactive Caretaker to manage the daily operations, security, and minor maintenance of the campus. Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Access Anchor: Key holder duties, managing alarm systems, and securing the premises during opening and closing routines.
- Maintenance Mechanic: Performing routine minor repairs (DIY, basic plumbing/electrics), and coordinating with external contractors for larger maintenance.
- Safety Champion: Conducting daily Health & Safety checks, managing basic site inspections, and ensuring compliance.
