Music Teacher Opportunity – Croydon Secondary School (September Start)
About the Role:
Our client, a highly regarded secondary school in Croydon, is seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join their esteemed music department. This full-time, permanent position commences in September and offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the musical education of KS3, KS4, and KS5 students. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and inspiring music lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Design and implement innovative lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum objectives.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the music department's overall effectiveness.
- Remain current with the latest pedagogical approaches and curriculum developments in music education.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant degree in Music or a related discipline.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- Demonstrated experience teaching music to KS3, KS4, and/or KS5 students.
