SEN Teaching Assistant Redhill, Surrey £92.63 - £100 per day Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity Are you a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the Redhill area. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate to severe learning needs. The Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis.Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.Encourage pupil participation, independence, and confidence.Help implement individual education plans and support strategies.Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or young people with SEN.Is patient, nurturing, and adaptable.Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.Is committed to supporting students to achieve their full potential.Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
