Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP)
Qualified AMHP required for a part-time agency post in Berkshire. You will work with service users and carers to maximise independence in line with self-directed care principles. You will undertake professional duties in: Care management
Safeguarding
Mental capacity
Deprivation of liberty
Risk assessment and management.
Provide social work expertise to locality team members
Asess referrals to adult social care for service eligibility under the Care Act 2014.
Act as lead specialist in a condition relevant to the role (e.g. mental health, learning disability, dementia, MS, acquired brain injury).

- Registered with Social Work England
- AMHP qualififcation
