We’re looking for an early in career tree climber / Apprentice to join the team at Minster Tree Care. This role suits someone Fairly new to the Tree world and looking to expand their knowledge & Skill Base with us
someone who takes pride in their work, works hard, gets stuck in, and leads by example on site.
You’ll be expected to carry out work safely, professionally, and to a high standard, whilst helping run jobs efficiently and keeping the team working together. We’re after someone reliable, motivated, and confident in both climbing and ground operations.
At Minster Tree care, we pride ourselves on completing work to the highest industry standards, so attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential.
As the company continues to grow, there will be genuine opportunities to grow with it, take on more responsibility, and progress within the business.
- Proven climbing & leadership experience
- Relevant tickets & qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and team skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work

Preferred Skills
- Experienced in all aspects of climbing & aerial tree work ( But not essential )
- Strong knowledge of safe working practices & industry standards
- Able to work efficiently whilst maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Good communication and team leadership skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
- Confident operating equipment, machinery, and saws safely
- Able to problem solve and make decisions on site
- Clean Full UK driving licence
- Relevant NPTC / industry qualifications
