Sales Administrator

Job: Sales Administrator

Job Type:  Full-time, permanent

Location:  Near Pickering

Hours:  Mon-Fri - 37 hrs per week

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales process with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain customer order records and provide regular order updates.
  • Manage customer enquiries and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist with invoicing as required.
  • Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
  • Follow company procedures and support a high standard of customer service.
  • Carry out other administrative duties as required.
Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage records and prioritise workloads effectively.
