Need someone to paint a concrete floor in rental flat
I'm looking for a skilled handyperson to paint a concrete floor in my rental flat. The floor is clean but has minor cracks that should be filled and sanded smooth before painting. I prefer a durable acrylic floor paint with a matte finish and 2 coats for good coverage. The space is approx 25 square meters, and I can supply the paint if you have a preferred brand. I'll need the work done on a weekday, with good ventilation and minimal dust. Please provide an estimated time, any preparation steps I should handle, and your availability.
