National Human Resources Total Rewards Partner

Full-time

It's more than a job

As part of the HR team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will help build careers, nurture talent, and empower people to succeed. Your work doesn’t stop at HR - it drives the entire supply chain forward. By attracting and developing the right people, you ensure that our operations run smoothly, so medical equipment reaches hospitals on time, toys arrive in stores for the holidays, and fresh flowers make it to local florists. Every great logistics solution starts with great people - and that’s where you come in.

Shape the future of rewards and recognition. As our National Total Rewards Partner, you will be the trusted reward expert for the UK, partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver competitive, compliant, and impactful compensation and benefits programs. Working closely with global Total Rewards teams, you will help bring our global reward strategy to life locally while continuously improving the employee experience.

How you create impact

  • Act as the primary Total Rewards contact for the UK organisation.
  • Implement and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and reward programs in line with global frameworks.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation, incentives, job evaluations, and reward policies.
  • Mannual bonus processes, bonus plan assignments, and reward-related governance activities.
  • Lead compensation analysis, international transfers, and incentive calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, tax requirements, and governance standards.
  • Partner with global Total Rewards teams to implement reward initiatives and manage local adaptations.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance reward programs and employee value proposition

What we would like you to bring

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a comparable analytical HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, incentive plans, and reward processes.
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation, taxation, and regulatory requirements impacting rewards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global matrix environment

What's in it for you

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we attract, reward, and retain talent within a global organisation. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, collaborating with international experts while influencing reward decisions at a national level. If you enjoy combining analytical thinking with business partnership and are passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences, you'll find a challenging and rewarding career with us.

Who we are

Logistics shapes everyday life - from the goods we consume to the healthcare we rely on. At Kuehne+Nagel, your work goes beyond logistics; it enables both ordinary and special moments in the lives of people around the world.

As a global leader with a strong heritage and a vision to move the world forward, we offer a safe, stable environment where your career can make a real difference. Whether we help deliver life-saving medicines, develop sustainable transportation solutions or support our local communities, your career will contribute to more than you can imagine.

We kindly advise that placement agencies refrain from submitting unsolicited profiles. Any submissions of candidates without prior signed agreement will be considered our property and no fees will be paid.
