RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing information and broad administration support/ Enquiry Handling/ Work with Michelle on the development of new business continually /Daily Maintenance of social networks sites /Develop a plan to increase likes,click through & followers for Dream Irish Wedding /Monitoring & reporting on same in line with targets /Assisting with event planning & organization /Weekly Blogs for the Dream Irish Wedding Site – creating the blog and work on the SEO to increase exposure of blog./ Monthly Ezine /Doing style /mood boards for our clients /Continue building of existing databases of both vendors & clients /Assist with events off site if applicable /Communicating with internal & external customers/ Assist with research & admin as required for company PR & publicity opportunities /Site visits to some approved Mc Events venues /Self-development /Other items which may arise but still in keeping with the Administrative roleCOMPANY'S PRESENTATION
