Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems and associated pipework.
- Diagnose and rectify faults on hot and cold water systems.
- Carry out repairs to sanitaryware, taps, toilets, urinals, showers and drainage systems.
- Install and maintain boosted water systems, expansion vessels and water storage tanks.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.
- Conduct system inspections and identify defects or improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Water Regulations, Building Regulations and Health & Safety requirements.
- Complete job sheets, service reports and compliance documentation accurately.
