M&A Tax Manager - LeedsJoin a thriving Tax team at a Top 10 Firm in Leeds as an M&A Tax Manager. - Oversee diverse M&A tax projects and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Provide expert tax structuring advice pre- and post-transaction to ensure tax-efficient solutions.
- Prepare technical project descriptions and high-quality reports.
- Support strategic business development initiatives, particularly in the private equity domain.
- Proven ability in handling transactions tax at Assistant Manager or Manager level or a similar corporate tax specialisation.
- Strong client relationship management and collaboration skills.
- Experience in people development, with a focus on inclusivity and coaching.
